INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz Smith's sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 stick butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
